Thinking about ordering but have a few questions before hitting submit? Our frequently asked questions might help you.
Florida fall may start in September, but Florida temperatures have other plans! We begin deliveries October 5th to give your pumpkins the best chance of staying beautiful throughout the fall season.Deliveries are thoughtfully scheduled by geographic area to keep our routes running smoothly and efficiently. We’ll reach out before deliveries begin with your scheduled date. Have a specific date in mind? Let us know when ordering and we’ll always do our best to accommodate special requests!
Pre-ordering your pumpkinscape is the only way to guarantee that we will not sell out before deliveries begin! We sell out every year, so it is recommended to get your order in ASAP!
The Pumpkinscape Package you decide on should be based on several factors:The size of your porch/entry way.The look you are wanting to achieve with your pumpkinscape.Personal preference!If you are trying to decide between two options, we always recommend going with the larger of the two. We have found clients never regret having an excess of pumpkins, but do sometimes wish they would have more!If you want our professional opinion, send us a picture of your entryway and we will gladly give you advice!
Hay bales are great if you want to add height and some additional dimension to your pumpkinscape. Especially, if your entryway is flat without stairs. If your entryway has stairs or multiple layers, a hay bale is not needed.
Florida's fall weather is still very warm! Because of this, we expect that you will lose roughly 10% of your pumpkins between delivery and late November.If you are concerned about your pumpkins lasting long enough, we recommend considering adding on our Pumpkin VIP Option. With the VIP, we freshen up your pumpkinscape twice during the season. Any pumpkins showing signs of decay will be removed and replaced.If you have any pumpkins "go bad" within 48 hours of delivery -- please reach out to us ASAP and we will replace them!
Nope! We would love to meet each and every one of you, but you do not need to adjust your schedule for us. Setup takes only about 30 minutes.
No, it's not too late! You can add pick-up at any time, click here to order.
After pick-up all old pumpkins and hay bales are taken back to our farm and fed to our cows. They love pumpkins!
